Sun Air Jets, LLC Camarillo, California:<BR /><u>Essential Job Functions:</u><br /><ul><li>Planning trip details including optimized flight plans considering fuel stops, passenger load, client requests, and crew arrangements in accordance with FAR 135 or 91 as required</li><li>File FAA-approved flight plans for SAJ fleet aircraft flying on domestic and international routings.</li><li>Read and interpret FAA issued weather products such as METAR’s, TAF, NOTAMs, wind charts, surface analysis charts, and significant weather charts</li><li>Flight follow SAJ aircraft and notify clients, owners, and SAJ of aircraft movement as necessary</li><li>Create trip and weather packets for SAJ flight crews performing FAR Part 135 and Part 91 flights using FOS software program</li><li>Receive post-flight information from flight crews and communicate discrepancies with clients as necessary. Breakdown trip packets to facility client/owner billing</li><li>Track and log aircraft and crew duty time</li><li>Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance to ensure flight crews and aircraft are available for SAJ flights.</li><li>Communicating clearly and effectively with customers and inter-departmentally.</li><li>Perform all duties adhering to safety, security, quality policies, and standards of Sun Air Jets</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by the VP of Flight Operations and the Manager of Flight Coordination</li><li>Arrange logistics for SAJ trips including but not limited to slots, permits, transportation for domestic and international flights </li><li>Communicate essential trips details to flight crews including “day of” changes </li></ul><br />
