Skyservice Dorval, Quebec:
Skyservice is currently seeking an Enhanced Flight Coordinator.

This individual will:

• Book, prepare and set-up all scheduled flights for our air ambulance aircraft fleet
• Set up all related travel arrangements relating to these flights such as special ground transportation requirements
• Oversee all flight activity whether day, evening or weekend
• Work in close collaboration with OCC to ensure proper flight following procedures for all flights
• Prepare flights as per established in company SOP’s and following the COM
• Prepare the required documentation and track the flights for billing purposes
• Address customer service inquiries by phone and e-mail within a short response time
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Communicate with Crew Scheduler, Maintenance, Medical and Sales departments, and management before, during and upon completion of all missions
• Address Customer inquiries by telephone
• Assign crews to missions in accordance with existing procedures and priorities
• Monitor and ensure that regulations and policies regarding crew duty times and crew rest are respected
• Quote on occasions
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Manager
