Amentum Enterprise, Alabama:<BR /><p>Supervise all phases of training for their assigned flights. Brief their flights on daily basis concerning weather, safety, syllabus, aircraft, Stagefield requirements, aircraft emergency procedures & limitations, crew duties, IP/student assignments, routes of flight,etc. </p><p>Coordinate with other flights when training facilities are shared. Act as Training Safety Officer (TSO) at a stagefield observing safety of training and coordinating as required with Director. Maintain and submit flight-related records required at flight level to include: payroll, daily flight log, flight manifest, Quality Analysis Report, CDRL’s as required, Letters of Transmittal, Risk management briefs, Daily Briefing guide, etc. Administer EEF evaluation flights, Quality Assurance eval rides, and other evaluative rides as required. Counsel and recommend disposition of students who are failing to meet daily performance requirements. Insure that all training requirements for the flight are being met. Advise the Director of all scheduled or unscheduled absences of Instructor or Student personnel. Coordinate and schedule end-of-course evaluation flights with Contract Eval Platoon/Quality Assurance Evaluation Platoon. Maintain daily inspection of student flight records including ARTS, CAFRS and RITMS.
