Flight Benefits in Salaried Positions

Merry Christmas everyone

I looked through the websites of a few airlines, looking for the benefits salaried employees receive. Does anyone know if they receive any kind of flight benefits that pilots do, or they do they receive a limited number of passes/yr.? This practice probably varies airline to airline but input would be appreciated.

I have a friend in management for a major (anagram of untied :)) who has the same benny (save JS) as pilots and it's extended to the family as well.

The same benefits are usually extended across the board. Some upper level management also will see higher standby priority.

When I was working for Alaska, all the company employees no matter what position they were in had fligt benefits. Obviously if you were gonna fly another airline they may have had some restrictions on the employees who could fly on their aircraft.
Obviously pilots and Operations agenst were also qualified to ride the jumpseats. So that made it much easier for them to get around.

Ditto for an uncle I had at alaska.
When he passed they non-rev'd the entire family out for the service. Sign of a great company.

considering rampers and gate agents at most airlines get decent flight benefits, I'd imagine management type people would get a pretty sweet deal...

When we wre in training they showed us the story of a man who died in east coast but he had wished to be burried in Alaska (He had been an employee for over 25 years). They actually sent one of their MD80s to NJ to pick up his body and the family and fly them to Alaska. It is a good company but they can be toght A**es some times.
