If she wants to fly airline, each airline has it's own training department. Paying any money to any one who claims to train you for airline flying is a scam. You will be trained by the airline that hires you, they want to personally inject you with their own kool-aid. Most regionals are currently hiring, go to the airlines' websites for current hiring information. SWA, Airtran, Continental are also hiring, and United was accepting applications, I don't know if they still are or not.
Now, if she wants to go Corporate, that's a whole other ball game. Generally, to fly corportate you've got to go through flight attendant training at a reputable corporate training facility. FACTS, and FlightSafety are the two most recognized and highly accepted training environments for corporate flight attendants. Corporateflyer.net has lots of info on being a corportate flight attendant.
