Our flaps have a mechanical interconnect to help keep asymetrical flap deployment from happening, but if it happens we just follow our "memory items" for it and retract to the last setting. Turns, no turns, it doesn't really matter. It's actually in our profiles to call for Flaps 15 when the localizer comes alive, so they are still extending when we turn.
