Yup, this pre-buy inspection flight took some friends:

NTSB says it was the result of the pilot's improper in-flight decision. But some of us live on thinking otherwise.
(edit: guess it wasn't really a failure, but more of a stuff happens (with engines) case where 2 engines did no good)
