One other funny thing I notice, that there seems to be no.....or at least possible very few.....Army IPs in the TH-67s. It seems to all be LSI or maybe DACs. If there are active duty IPs, I haven't seen one around on the flightline bus yet.

I didn't see any there. Here's how it was for me in 2000:

Primary - TH-67s - all LSI.
Instruments - TH-67s - all LSI.
Basic Combat Skills - OH-58Cs - Mix of DACs and Active Duty
Nights - Same
CH-47 AQC - All active duty.

It's been too long... I don't remember where I flew BCS out of but that sounds right.
