How is this one different than the thousands of others done by Global Hawk or Reaper?

The airspace it's being used in.

Edit; While I am 100% sure this (all) airspace has hosted drone operations in a covert manner by various governments and agencies, as far as an overt demonstration of these things sharing the NATs with jetliners, well that would be the point.

Civilian MALE UAVs have operated all over South America out of international airports for years on various anti-drug operations.

This flight operated in a lot less congested airspace.
