Had one a couple weeks ago in the 1900. It's weird looking out the window and seeing the thing not turning fast, isn't it?
We were lucky enough to have a fairly long runway, no beta for me. The 1900 flies great with one engine!Especially with a turboprop the actual emergency wasn't the tricky part; it was landing and keeping it on centerline from the asymmetric thrust and beta produced from the good engine.
I actually finished my Egg McMuffin on downwind during my engine failure in the mad dog!![]()

I still can't believe you know Brian....The only thing I found a bit tricky about the entire ordeal was getting it slowed down because of the lack of drag from prop.
