Hello everyone. This is my first post here on JC. As my screen name suggests, I'm an A-300 pilot for UPS. I'm a refugee from the other popular aviation forums that have devolved into a non-stop immature bash fest.

I hope to contribute and share here, the knowledge and experience that I've gained in over 23 years in the air cargo industry.

Well I know I can probably speak for most of us industry noobs in saying we look forwarding to reading your insights, opinions, and soaking up any knowledge you wish to offer to us.

As far as the aviation internet forums go, this one is one of a kind. Much more personable and less fighting.

I agree. I posted occasionally on the other forum (yes, I strayed) and I was just bashed time and time again if I said anything even slightly controversial. You will like it here, very civil and respectful.

Could you tell us a little bit more about you? Where you trained, came from, etc?

I only ask because I keep a small category list of certain people whom I know are experts on certain topics and often direct questions at them.

For example, I often send cargo-related questions to Polar742, and I send questions involving How To Offend Women to Seggy.
