First Flying Job

Curtis, I just got an interview date for Cape Air. I'd like to get more details from you about the company, training, where they're basing new hires, and is getting based in the Caribbean in the winter an option or required? Thanks.
 
Curtis, come back to the forums.I want to hear how it's going, and if you like MWA? Also there's been a lot of talk lately about poor treatment of FO's, what's your experience so far?
