Hey guys! I got a call a few days ago with an invitation to my first ever 135 interview as a SIC on a PC-12NG! Was looking for some advice and what to expect! Are there any tips or tricks that would be helpful for me to know? Thanks so much! Really hoping that this works out.

Have a pulse and enough hours in your logbook.
How many guys read your response and went, dang it, beat me to it. Umm, yeah, I got nothin else.
But seriously, be yourself and don't sell yourself short. That pulse will get your butt into a lot of seats now a days.

Have an idea of what you're looking for (not just $$) and be sure to interview them. Get everything you need/want now, cause you won't get it once on property.

This. You are interviewing them. They need you way more than you need them right now. Don't be arrogant, but know your value.

Who cares about how many hours the airplane flies per year, I would be more interested in how many RON's?

But beyond that, a pulse and enough hours pencil whipped in the logbook.

Have you considered going to the regionals? The only thing PC-12 SIC time is really going to get you is PC-12 PIC time.

The PC-12 really is an awesome airplane to fly, everywhere but the logbook.

True. But just to be clear to the OP and anyone else reading this, the right amount of time in a PC-12 is not a death sentence, and I have plenty of friends who started their careers in Caravans and PC-12's who fly large cabin business jets and are represented at all the desirable 121 airlines.

You just have to know when enough is enough. Depending on how much the airplane Flies, 1-2 years is a good amount of experience and IMO is around the time you should start looking to get in a jet. Too many people I know with thousands of hours and years of Pilatus time find themself in the difficult situation of "moving up" and when they do, it's usually to a light jet.

Goodluck at the interview OP, for a new pilot starting his professional career I think it can be a great experience.
