I figure if an airline can afford an airplane and fuel, they can at least afford to kick down some dollars to someone who is posting the job. Charging for an uncontrollable "product" like a job availability is a little old world.

Stop paying for the service and they automagically shift their revenue model from folks looking for a job back to the employers.

Besides, networking is faster, more efficient, more reliable and free.
