Finally have my CFI ride Scheduled!

Three instructors and a week of playing phone tag with the STL FSDO later I finally have my CFI ride scheduled for Friday May 14.
 
Great news! The cfi ride was my most enjoyable so far, contrary to the horror stories you always hear.
 
Ed's right. Mine was a pretty good time, definitely a confidence builder.

But that's always the case when you over-prepare yourself. One of the rules of thumb that I have is when I'm starting to stress about trivial minutia, that means that I'm good-to-go!

Doug that's exactly the way I feel right now. I went from feeling ready and fairly confident about this ride yesterday morning before it was scheduled, to worrying about every little detail and what minor things do I need to study because I know the inspector is going to trip me up on this.
 
That just means you're ready!

I remember right before my recurrent oral, I was stressing out trying to remember where the emergency difribulator was...

Closed the book, turned on the television and called Kristie, who was trying to non-rev from ATL to TPA unsuccessfully.
