Aerotek New Castle, Delaware:
Aerotek is looking for a Field Aviation Trainer to join their client on the NEw Castle, DE Airport.
Job Description:
1) Will travel to client sites delivering multiple event types and training to various client tiers (typically corporate flight departments, part 91 facilities, and part 135 facilities)
2) Will be identifying, exposing, and servicing client needs (much like a consultant) considering both the short term and long term goals of the client.
3) This position will be mainly servicing the business that the company has and upselling clients on additional products and services that they might need.
4) We will resolving customer concerns that come about.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of client facing experience in the aviation industry (civilian or military background works). Will also consider someone who has experience in the aviation industry in direct sales, sales management, business management, aviation management, or external customer experience.
- Strong communicator
- Must be willing to travel heavily
- Results oriented, critical thinker, interpersonal and analytical skills, impact player, self starter, self motivated
- Must be competent working on computers and using Microsoft programs
-must be able to work in fast paced and stressful environment
- Don't necessarily need experience, but must be able to conduct and facilitate high level training for multiple event types and client levels
