But FFDO numbers did decrease after KCM came out. And not as many renewals.

I'll just say my observations of how the program is suppose to work versus what I see, may as well be as if there is no FFDO onboard. You know why I'm implying. I just shake my head and think "what's the point?"

How dense are you? Do you really not get what I was implying? I'll spell it out for you: the overwhelming majority I've seen don't even bother to "strap on." Does that make more sense? That's what I was driving at by saying may as well not even have it.
