I can't speak for Doug, but my disqualifying factor is that all my time in aircraft over 20,000 pounds is SIC.

I know you didnt ask me, but i am gonna take a stab at it. Military pilots log only time that is in the air. While civilians log time once that master swith goes on, so we get flight time for when we taxi and do our run-ups. So to make up for that I am assuming FedEx gives the .2 for every flight they have.

I think thats why they do it, i am sure if I'm wrong someone will correct me.
