I heard they make decent money....Seems kind of odd that they opened dispatcher positions after 9E decided to high tail it to MSP.

I like the fact that they actually value a dispatcher who is a pilot too. It really does make a lot of sense.

From what I've heard, they have some improvements in the works in regards to flight planning and OPSPECS. They also invested a ton of money into the 757s to standardize them after they ran into issues with all the differences the planes had. They are sweet birds now (IS&S, full Pegasus suite, and the digital MCP).

From what I gather, they run everything as Domestic/Flag now instead of Supplemental. Seems like a great place to work. Good luck to those who apply!
