I wouldn't lose sleep trying to decode the exact formula of who got a 'yes' and who got a 'no' this round. For everyone dissecting their resumes and wondering what technical question they failed, wake up: they literally hired people in this class with absolutely zero dispatch experience.

Let FedEx spend their resources training rookies from scratch. The rest of the aviation industry is massive and desperately needs actual, proven talent. Go take your experience to an operation that actually values it instead of trying to fit a corporate pegboard. FedEx is over rated and not what it used to be.

I’m guessing at least some had experience? Crazy but Delta has way more internals than experienced dispatchers in there classes. Hopefully it works out better for me next time!
