A 121 is always going to prefer prior 121 experience.As far as getting into FedEx dispatch, would they look at someone who has dispatch experience at one of their 135 Feeder airlines? I know they have a "purple pathway" for Feeder pilots to go straight into the Mothership but would it be as easy for a Feeder Dispatcher?
