Fedex Express positions

As far as getting into FedEx dispatch, would they look at someone who has dispatch experience at one of their 135 Feeder airlines? I know they have a "purple pathway" for Feeder pilots to go straight into the Mothership but would it be as easy for a Feeder Dispatcher?

A 121 is always going to prefer prior 121 experience.

No. 121 is king. But, if you can get better experience at a regional, I would do that and try to flow to a pax carrier.

I’m sure one day they may get a new solution. From friends I’ve talked to, it’s just not high on their priority list. They can’t figure out why either, and it seems odd since so many carriers are moving towards new solutions.
