More often than not, jetlink crews in particular seem to keep it within the realm of sanity. I can't say the same for...oh, I dunno...let's say Eagle ATRs, just for the sake of argument.
It's kind of funny, really. I'd get slowed down from time to time in the MU-2 by RJs, but nearly so often. The controllers seemed to know that you were going fast and intended to stay that way. Whereas I think they just see "KingAir" when they see a 99 and assume you're some nancy with time to burn. Funny because the mitsi actually required some time to slow down, being somewhat slick, whereas the Flying Barn Door (aka the 99) can go from redline to 120 in like 30 seconds. Further argument for controllers to get at least a PPL (and presumably further argument for RJ pilots to have a reasonable amount of experience).
PS. Avatar? Benito Mussolini? The Empire Strikes Back? I'm confused.
