.....I want to be you. That's awesome!

Made us all feel like real POSs didn't he? ROFL! I was going to post the DC-3 and the B747-400, but now.....why bother. lol A friend of mine just had a ride recently in EAA's B-17 (didn't get to handle her). I am still not speaking to him. Just kidding about that part, but it did make me drool and groan.

Quit your whining! :) DC-3/744 are pretty awesome too

I don't believe you.
It's entirely possible that one can own and operate such an expensive and historic aircraft AND not have a functioning shift key.

Of course since that particular serial number has been in storage since 2002 and has been turned into a modified racer the story gets a bit thin.

Without a doubt, the T-2C Buckeye. A very easy aircraft to fly, very forgiving and I got my first boat traps on the USS Kitty Hawk in July 1996 flying it. I believe 159713 is in my log book, I'll have to check.

Did I miss where the serial of the Mustang in question was posted?

I knew it was BS when posted. If he really had a Mustang he wouldn't be on JC like the rest of us losers (alt JC spelling for: "loosers"). If he really owned a Mustang he would be having one of his five hotties feed him grapes while nude as he enjoyed their dancing and frolicking. That's what big-money Mustang owners do. Or Katie Holmes. Either way.

In that picture the number is 413366 which tracks back to Miss Candace which crashed after an engine failure in 1970.

How right you are.

.....it isn't possible that the picture isn't of his aircraft? I'm pretty sure it's not his b-52 in that album either.....

- That's obviously a stock photo of a P-51 he posted, not the actual aircraft he claims to own.

- The serial of the Mustang in the stock photo is 44-13366, which is not a serial number that is on the civil register.

- Miss Candace was 44-15651...which is now "The Galloping Ghost"...and was very much alive and flying last month in Reno.

True, but his statement kind of leads one to believe that it is...or isn't. Plenty of posers on the net, happens at airwarriors, baseops, and other sites. For the record, not saying he's a poser, just saying in general.
