Fasting Glucose

Is 101.0 mg/dL too high for Glucose during a Renal Profile which states that the patient (me) was fasting?

100 is the upper limits of normal but realize there is a small amount of laboratory error (probably plus/minus 2%). If the glucose is less than 126, it is still not diagnostic for diabetes. I never worry when I see a 101 glucose.
