The internet is not as anonymous as you might think.
  1. Talk to an actual AME. Call their office. (Not the one you would use for a medical for yourself).
  2. Talk to an actual lawyer that practices aviation law.
  3. Do not use this account for anything else in the future (create one under a new name in a few month/years here?)
I doubt this is a career ending incident, unless you make it one.
 
Not to beat a dead horse, but lawyer up on this. I know you don't think you need one but take the advise of a lot of people on here who have successful careers as pilots. Lawyer up before you check any boxes or turn any paperwork in.

That's not how this works. Threads generally don't get closed unless they're old or something violates the TOS.

Do what you want, but there is some pretty solid advice on this thread.
 
He doesn't need a lawyer. But he does need legal advice from one.

If I were you, I'd shut about all of it. And unless you give them a reason, they won't find it here. They don't have some special team that goes tracking down guys and gals on the interwebs. So, don't give them a reason, shut your mouth, and move on with life, capiche?
