Failed CFI inital ride

Successful outcome after an extra .6h on the hobbs. I can finally relax after several months of work and lots of money spent.

First demo flight is scheduled for this Saturday :)
 
Congratulations! :> I hope to be following in your footsteps within the year, if possible, and your story doesn't sound quite as bad as some of the other 'CFI Initial' horror stories I've been reading (two-day-long checkrides, eight hour orals, four-hour flights in two separate airplanes), even with the bust in there. Gives me a bit of hope, believe it or not. :>

Also sounds like your experience is pretty "close to home" for me, literally, being as you're in the same neck of the woods...
