Facebook Recommend

JUST saw this pop up and wondering how to ditch it. I'm logged into facebook (OSX .6 firefox) and have a tab open for JC. In the upper left hand corner is a "recommend" button and it has a few names from my FB account and then a number of Others (like Hostiles?) that recommend this.
