FAA warns pilots in Las Vegas vicinity on GPS

I got a laugh out of Lightsquared's position. Basically, they're saying, "The FAA should have no problems with this because we've addressed the concerns of almost everybody except the FAA."

Yeah, nobody listens to them. Sheesh.

The thing thats so dangerous about this whole thing, is that when the precision is needed the most (during the approach), is when the interference is going to be the worst.

John Deere is pissed too because it is screwing up the tractor and combine AutoTrac GPS driving systems. The GPS is important for our combines because we use them right against cliffs and it wouldn't be pretty if it lost signal
