I happened to browse the FAA's Notices of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) and found this proposal that popped up the other day:

I've only skimmed a few pages of it. Looks like some fairly significant changes in the regs that govern the training of flight crews and dispatchers. Good or bad--what say you?
