There, I said it.

Is it too hard to ask someone to do their job correctly?


I mis-placed my medical back in OCTOBER, still haven't received my copy. Plenty of phone voice mail's with no returned calls. Oh yea, one time, they even sent me a replacement plastic airmen card instead of my medical, even though I mailed in a request for a copy of my MEDICAL certificate.

No.

For example, a job of a certificate holder should be to not misplace the certificate. Oh wait that would be you. Never mind.:bandit:
 
I had to contact them to have them correct a typo on my medical one time.

They said they'd take care of it that afternoon. They called me later that day to tell me they got it taken care of and in the mail. They then called me a week later to make sure I got it. I was absolutely amazed!
 
I put in for a name change a few months ago which resulted in me losing my medical for 4 months only to get it back in the form of an SI.

I held an unrestricted 1st class for 7 years prior to that.
 
Im scared everytime I go for a new medical. Not because I have anything wrong wit me but because I here horror stories of people losing their medicals over nothing all the time.

It wasn't me that lost it but rather someone else who was handling my bag & logbook.

Nice Try.
 
I've never heard of anything like that. My experience has always been that the folks in Oklahoma City do a great job.

Call 405-954-4821 and ask for help.
