FAA Grants exemption for expired ATP writtens

I also corrected his bad grammar, so my post wasn't completely useless.
What's funny is what he wrote is right, and yours is wrong.

"So what you are saying is"...you're
"So what your saying is" = incorrect, makes no sense, grammatically that is

Edit...delete...it was for the second you're....yep makes sense glad to see your grammar nazi-ism is still up to snuff, I was getting a little worried. Phew!

The exemption was created because it directly related to the 121 rule changes. Nothing in 135 changed, why would they make an exemption?

The rules for obtaining an ATP have changed for everyone. While part 135 didn't change, the changes in part 61 have some significant effects on part 135 operators. In fact in some ways it'll be worse for certain part 135 operators because the rules were written to accommodate the way the regional industry works and disregards the realities of operating airplanes for which training is conducted without an advanced simulator.

The point is, I took an ATP written, I work for an airline... You change the rules, I shouldn't have to go pay to take another one.
