Probably a huge topic on the forums. Ive seen enough threads about color blindness, but what I have not seen is the question of 'where' does the optometrist place the pass/fail information on this form?

I just got through taking my eye exam and neither the Doctor nor myself could locate an actually place on the form to fill in that I 'passed' my colorblind test.
