I'm the wrong guy to ask about it but yeah, they're quite decent. We have a HDHP/HSA (which I am on because, young, healthy, cheap, and first year pay), a HRA and two "Choice" plans; they're all superior and less costly compared to where I was working.Since I cant seem to find a stand alone spirit thread I hope yall dont mind if I ask my question here. Can anyone tell me a bit about spirits health care plan options? I know theres supposed to be 4 options and I vaguely remember them sounding pretty decent. Thanks for any info!

I flew with an FO that went to Purdue who knew one of the people hired straight to Frontier. She’s on the line and passed with no issues. It’s a pretty awesome opportunity.FYI. Any info, background or comments ?

You don't want LC anyways, you are pretty much guaranteed to work every single day and you'll get every crap trip in open time.
I tried the LCR one month just for giggles. Massive mistake on my part. Partly because I waited too long to try it and screw scheduling figured out what they had now (LCR new to the new contract). For the first few months those on LCR didn't work much. By the time I gave it a go they were being used lots, so my planned reserve month off backfired miserably considering I'm a line holder. Won't make that mistake again.Yeah I had LCR for a month and worked everyday. Plus they have 14 hours to play with you.
I did LCR for two months at then end of 2017 (pre contract obviously). First month, I only worked 3 days. Second month, I worked all 18.I tried the LCR one month just for giggles.
