South Burlington,Vermont,United States S100 Responsible for planning, supporting and executing all F--16 Mission Training Center (MTC) missions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Must be fully capable of instructing ANG pilots in all aspects of F-16 employment to include air-to-air, air-to-ground, electronic attack, and other missions. Develops mission training scenarios reflecting tactically relevant mission sets and incorporates products and services available via Distributed Mission Operations. Participates in environment generation integration, upgrades and collaborates with simulator management teams for integration of threat systems. Coordinates, analyzes, develops, and tests complete scenarios for all MTC missions. Uses objective simulator data and instructor/SME expertise to develop post training assessment of training objectives and pilot performance. Provides tactics recommendations to the Government for incorporation into test plans, research and development plans and tactics manuals. Provides academic instruction and courseware development IAW ANG syllabi and standards of training. Provides support during all development, integration, test and deployment of Government hardware and software activities. This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. Current Secret clearance is required. The most recent US Government background check must be within 5 years at time of hiring. Top Secret clearance is preferred.
