Exits only

Was it just camera angle or did the airplane roll over and go vertical after the jumpers exited ? If so, is that normal ?
 
I always find myself wondering about the intelligence level of the average American when I read You Tube comments. :laff:

The Twin Otters in Eloy, AZ are usually on short final when the first jumpers are touching down in the LZ. I was usually somewhere in the middle of the pack of jumpers so I lost sight of the plane in freefall. Would've loved to be right next to them when they wing over into a 90 degree dive!

3000 FPM down is a "normal" flight idle descent in the 208. If I really wanted to push it, breaking 5K down is definately doable.

Any respectable van driver should be able to beat a tandem to the ground, and the REALLY skilled can even beat the freeflyers who pull low.
 
Sometimes I think I would really enjoy flying jumpers, then I think about how repetitive it is...

Yeah that was me. Look at his youtube page and the video titled 17th b-day. Near the end of the video there is something called a mantrain:panic:. When I saw it I had to show my wife. I was trying to get the kid to dig his hole as deeper and deeper. Just be warned, the B-day video is kinda, uh, x-rated.

Good freakin' god.... uh.... the video made me..... uh.... well.... lets just say I am hungry again and dinner was about an hour ago. His choice of vernacular is interesting especially considering the content of the vid..... what a moron.
