Executive Air Share $?

I talked to them a couple of years ago and I think it was somewhere around 30-35k in the 350.

SIC's start at 36k/yr regardless of which airframe they are flying.

That is based on working 20 days per month. Days worked in excess of 20 are paid $450/day for PICs, $300/day for SICs.

Working a hard day off and holidays also pays the above bonus.

We do not have per diem but we use a company credit card for meals while working. $15 breakfast, $15 lunch, $30 for dinner.

What about PIC's on the 90/350 and Phenom/CJ? Are those numbers available for public consumption?

As of right now they are not. I remember hearing they were trying to push for a common type but I don't know if they made any progress.

I got a call as well. Will be interviewing with them on Dec 10th. Would love to know how the interviews are? Whats the upgrade time look like with them? How is the QOL with them? Are there any training contracts?

There is a really good (and long) thread on another forum that has several gouges of how the interview goes.

Upgrade depends on a lot of factors. Mainly whether or not your still within your seat lock. All new hires & upgrades (yes, contracts required) are required to stay in that position for 1 year. If your willing to move to another base for an open position you will upgrade pretty quickly. Right now FTW and MKC are the fastest bases from what I've seen. ICT, RVS, and BUF don't have as much movement.

In my opinion QOL here is okay. I've had easy months and hard months. October was our busiest month ever. I worked 24 days, two of which were my off days. $2700 later I'm still happy and enjoying the job. In November I only worked 13 days and was only away from home 6 nights.

That thread on APC covers just about everything. The interview process has not changed much over the years. Best of luck.
