This is an example of moderate turbulence. As you can see we were thrown around, however it wasn't SEVERE enough to hurt anyone or thing.

PIREPs are great, but stop giving ones if you don't understand what you're trying to convey.

Light.. coffee stays in cup with few ripples
Moderate... coffee sloshes around, big spalshes and you wear some coffee
Severe... you can't even hold the cup...
