Good for Delta. There is a good reason there are head lice exams in school and the kids who have it, get sent home. It has nothing to do with not bathing.

Looking at the FOM, the passenger is pretty much out of luck with head lice.

The Surface just means playing a game of "Is it indexing or is it frozen?" with your crewmembers.

Plus, occasionally mine will boot up in command line/recovery mode, which for a nerd like me is easy to work through, but the average dude be like:

Having used the surface and now iPad I can safely say it is worth petitioning the company to pay for your own iPads to not have to deal with the frustration. It's like going from a horse drawn carriage to Porsche.
