If I may ask, what caused the change back to giving us direct SBJ on the EWR5?

I understand that its been depicted on the chart forever and that it always was done this way many years ago; but why not just clear us direct on the BIGGY/LANNA/PARKE/ZIMMZ gates like we've been used to for the last few years?

My first OE trip on the CRJ was out of PHL and the checkairman handed me a list of about fifteen radial/dme combos along with a few random fix names and said that I'd thank him later.
