Look for the "RAD Application" on the lower left. It's the replacement program and has way better route finding along with more capabilities.

It's on the main NOP page by where the regular RAD can be found.

Then watch that route be valid for ETD +30 min and magically the flight gets delayed 45 min and now you have to start all over again.

God, the new portal is so nice now compared to the old one. Graphical suggestions are game changers and the route catalog I feel is simpler to use.

The amount of times I was on the phone with Brussels for flights out of LLBG when tickets started flying... Only to have them cancel the NOTAM when I was all set and ready to go. Then to try and get back to the original plan. It's a great time annoying Brussels and having them sigh to saying they will figure it out in the air and to just take off.

The thing that tripped me up for a long time was going through LF airspace and how particular they can be with planning altitudes. Took a minute for me to get the hang of that one.

Rand X had an insight into how to file in and out of airports. He was a controller and worked for us part time in ground ops, he sent us what would be the route catalog today.

Except for ETAR flights. They were and are still effed up.

It's like it doesn't exist. The route structure isn't set up for you to join there.

Areas just became active around ETAR, all your flights are suspended and you need to plan them at 6000 ft.
