Epaulet Color?

Airways and their carriers wear navy (looks like black) and silver...

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the new uniforms are black.

All of the ones I have seen are dark navy. I work for one of the express carriers and our uniform is a dark navy and sometimes it looks black.

My company's epaulets are silver and navy.

I like southwest's. They are white and navy I believe.

Some also have different size bars...

Frontier has a pretty wide gray bar, others have bars that are closer to a pin stripe.

I guess black/silver would be ok but blue/gold would just look stupid.

United does blue/gold. Thier bars are really thin though, but it looks pretty nice. Thier ties also are blue with gold pinstripes.

Being married, I won't comment about the hot FA in AVL the other day with no bars (piedmont I think?). This doesn't count as commenting.

The new Airways/Express uniforms are black with thin silver epps bordered by dark blue. if it sounds like it looks good... then I did a bad job of describing it. (would look great if the stripes were a little thicker and they wrapped all the way around the jacket at the sleeve) It's been in issue for new wholly owned express pilots and mainline pilots for about a year.

What do ya know... The only ones that I have seen with that uniform are the PSA guys.
