From what we are hearing for now, probably not, but that obviously depends on if United takes any and AA opens back up at any point. Never know, keep checking.

I think they exhausted the pool. So the new January class will probably be fresh interviews

Does Envoy have a hiring pool for when Envoy hires again? Or will they do fresh interviews?

Envoy typically does a fresh batch every 6 months or so. When they do the short term >6 months back to back type classes they use a pool system.

So they post the job as Dispatcher/Equipment Coordinator because no one wants to do Coordinator anymore due to all the micromanaging from Midget Hitler and his mindless minions. When dispatchers say they don't want to do Coordinator they are told that they have to because that is the position you applied for.

Pretty sure his preferred name is Napoleon.

Technically they can junior man into that position, but it’s a pretty bad idea to do that on the count that a well intentioned but poorly performing coordinator is worse than too few coordinators. They did it years ago and it didn’t work out all that well.

Where I work, most have experience as a dispatcher before moving coordinator if they want to.
Does Envoy do it differently?
