I always use Maverick labels for things like this. It is probably cheaper to just get generic Avery labels and print them yourself, but I prefer the professional look.
I take a new log book out of the case at the pilot shop in my flight school, photocopy the endorsement I need, fill in photo-copied page, cut-out, place, and tape endorsement in student's log book.
I have templates made and stored in my Dropbox.
I also keep a file there of scans of each and every one given.
We have a Brother label printer and I just sign across the edge of the sticker and the page its affixed onto.
