Endeavor's next big announcement

If PinnDeavor projected at all past the next bid window, it would be a vast improvement. As for Delta, based on my experience under the banner, it seems they take a "It's the regional partner's job to staff, and if they can't, it's the OTHER regional partner's job to staff" mentality. They're not shy about calling another DCI carrier to pick up segment that someone canceled due to staffing. They're also not quick to forget it when it comes time to assign block hours again. I doubt ANY of the DCI carriers would actually fess up if they couldn't staff anything.

Before the wholly owned days I would've agreed. Delta calls up the next person. Now that we're a liability on Delta's statements though I don't see why they would just let planes sit around on short notice. I do know the parking schedule has picked up though.

More times than not, Eagle jumpseaters put "American Airlines" or "AA" as their carrier on the jumpseat form. Not saying its a huge deal, but it shows their delusion that they are already flying for mainline.
Our cass code is AA. I put Eagle (AA).

MQ doesnt work in cass. We have to use AA. We arent being delusional, we are just trying to get home.

Stop it.

Get back on board with making fun of a pilot group that also said No to concessions. And yeah, quit posing as American Airlines' crew members, poser.

41 between ISL 28 FEB and ISL 28 MAR.

Back on topic...

Latest rumor stems around idea of making Endeavor the ONLY path to become a future Delta pilot. Cradle to grave: training to right seat to mainline program. Delta definitely has the cash for it. Sure would be a "game changer" as people have been speculating.
So 46 was the march number, my 60 was way off. Still plodding along. You would think as the pilot group gets smaller less would leave per percentage but it appears we are limited to how ever many can get a class date. Gonna have to keep on parking them.

Do some homework before you attempt to disparage 3,000 pilots in one fell swoop.

Take it easy. As I said not a big deal. The jumspeat form doesn't say cass code, it says airline. The dullision seems to effect those with some sort of flow number.

Does anyone know what the fleet count is at Endeavor now?

Currently at 61 CRJ-900s based on an internal memo. I can't seem to find any solid numbers on the CRJ-200 fleet but soon that count won't matter right? I'll keep doing some digging.

We were suppose to be at 162 end of march.... that was a russ memo I believe right after Guumball said we'd have 165. I thought it was funny because I figured the countdown had begun.

Check first week of March? Website was revised to 150 airplanes, we park 3 a month in net, so that's July but I think losing 45 a month is going to cause us to accelerate parking (again). Guum-ball though says pilots will kill to get the SSP so I expect those classes to fill up anytime now even without the next big announcement.

Mainline is gonna be flying their tail off this summer covering the regional flying.

*Giggle*

Sure.

True story. That was at 9E. The guy has since quit 9E. I don't know where he went. He was a horse-owner and I believe he had some type of horse/farming business. He was looking at buying some huge land in Michigan for his business. Maybe he just walked out of aviation.

Edit: He was one of my more memorable CAs because on any 3 or 4 day trip with him, he would buy one lunch or one dinner at some point. My TGI Fridays bill was covered by him ($17-18 dollars worth) on more than one occasion. Very good guy and I only hope he found green pastures elsewhere.
