Endeavor's next big announcement

Apparently they're going to fix all their problems attracting new hires here next month. Current employees are still asked to leave the property as soon as possible and stop asking for stuff until that class date at the next property.

So good news for new hires yet to come. Everyone else can screw off per normal.
 
I have no idea what they could do beyond giving new hires a number at Delta that would attract them to endeavor at this point. They were late into the hiring rat race and can't currently compete with other airlines that are growing with better compensation packages.
 
How on earth could they give new hires Delta numbers but not the rest of their pilots? I just mean't instead of the SSP only being for people already on property when it was negotiated, now every new pilot at Endeavor going forward could participate some day when they are a Captain.
 
Besides can you imagine if Delta keeps us at 45%-25% acceptance on the SSP because we aren't prepared compared to those off street hires and then gives the UND/Riddle grad a number because he will take 20k a year first year on an rj and perpetual reserve?

Of course if there's one thing Delta has been during this BK, it's consistent. Phht.
 
What would be absurd is the pilot who walked out on class in january shows up for a May class all the sudden. Unless he came back already.

It was the only thing I could think of that would actually get people in the door there. I find it highly unlikely.
 
I have a feeling whatever the announcement if anything will be very underwhelming. The only thing I can think of that would bring pilots here but not benifit the current ones is another regional parking planes and furloughing and obviously none of us wants Skywest to do that to express jet and I sincerely mean that

Oh God. Theres no way. We can't take on another regionals flying, we can't take on ours.
The last thing Endeavor pilots need are more guys applying to the majors and legacies. Just let this place die slow so we can move on to better things. Being at Endeavor is great motivation to find a new airline, and I get motivated about 19-20 days a month.
 
I'm not saying more planes would come here just pilots. Trust me I don't want anything to happen that doesn't benefit us already here

Actually you had a chance to let that place die slowly so you and others could move on to better things. In fact one year was stated. But 85% chose to continue Endeavor.
