Endeavor

Hello,

Im either deciding to go to Endeavor as a Crew Scheduler or FA, is there any Crew Schedulers at Endeavor here that I could talk to? About Pay, QOL, Minneapolis (other than being ridiculously cold), flight benefits, etc... Also same goes for flight attendants if possible? If this isnt the right place let me know... but here are the questions...

1. How is Endeavor as a company? I see good things but have heard bad things like management sucks if youre a flight attendant but management isnt bad if you work in their OCC? Whats the reality of it?

2. I hear EDV employees get S3C/ S3 status on Delta and your priority is based on hire date (between the two airlines), is this S3 status similar to D3 status on American? Do you have to pay for each flight? How is luck getting on flights usually? I had D2/D1 status on American so it was really good, I hear its not as good as American which is fine. Has there been any plans to change it at all?

3. As a FA whats the pay like per month starting out? I know its not good (which I except cause youre reserve which is fine) like at any regional but im just curious because im undecided whether I want to go FA or Crew Scheduler route. Its nice having a set schedule at my current gig (Work in "major" 91/135 operator OCC) but I think I want that travelling around life too which is why im considering it.

4. Crew scheduler pay? I hear mixed things... first its 17/hr then its 18/hr and then I heard also its 19/hr starting. I heard Endeavor pays higher (if not highest) in the industry for their crew schedulers is this true? How long is training usually?

Many thanks to those who can answer my questions for either position.
