Didn't Endeavor just give pilots extended time off because they've overstaffed themselves for flying they haven't gotten yet? I thought hiring wait was months until you could get a class, because so many people were in the queue?

SkyWest has an LGA base, and it’s junior on the ERJ side.
I don’t know much about either Endeavor or Republic. You likely would not go wrong picking either of the two.

I would love to hear more about the situation the OP is in. Does he have CJOs from both? Or just window shopping for now? I have been talking to F9 lately and even the recruiters are not giving away gallon jugs of Kool-Aide. Things are slowing down there for now. Certainly if the OP's goals are to get to a line fastest and fly the most there are better choices right now. I have not been in touch with anyone from Brickyard but would love to hear more about what is going on over the next quarter. With what is going on in the stock market the past week, I am getting a little nervous about an extended cool off....
