Are you coming with any dispatch or aviation experience?Same! Good luck to you!
Nope. Looking for my first job. This is my second time around with Endeavor. I made it to the one way video interview but never got further than that. Are you coming with any dispatch or aviation experience?
That sounds sarcastic hmmmGood luck to all. Minneapolis is a great place to live. Don't worry about that at all.
I lived there for a year and loved it.That sounds sarcastic hmmm
Hahaha no sarcasm intended! Honest. I loved every bit of it.That sounds sarcastic hmmm
well that's good to know. Did you work for endeavor? any info you could give would be great hahaHahaha no sarcasm intended! Honest. I loved every bit of it.
Yeah, I did. Idk if I can add anything particularly new. From what I remember, we had a virtual interview and they asked 5 HR and 5 dispatch questions each. What's required on a release? What's the definition of icing? Tell me about a time when you had to handle multiple priorities. That kind of stuff. Just have your answers ready.well that's good to know. Did you work for endeavor? any info you could give would be great haha
In the qualification requirements section of the application, is endeavor only looking for past airline experience, or both aviation and airline experience in general? Just wondering since have a year and a half on belt as a 135 flight follower in addition to two 4 month flight ops internships at a cargo 121 carrier and another 135 company.
In the OCC you could be a sector supervisor (tail router). Shift manager. Air traffic manager. Eventually duty manager.Does anyone know what other positions you can move into from dispatch with endeavor? Would be interesting to know what opportunities they have for career growth and if they like to hire internal candidates? Heard it’s a great place to work!
Has anyone moved on to the next step yet? Last time, i got a one way video interview offer after the position closed so was wondering if anyone has gotten one yet.
