This company asked me to come interview, seems like a sketch place... They need FO's for a Jetstream 31... Does anyone know anything about this place?
 
I see them all the time. They have an FBO in OTH and LMT. Airlift at both. TBM750 in LMT, and the JS31 in OTH. Talked with an FO of the JS31 the other day and he seemed happy.
Word is the owner is a bit of an •, but I've never personally met him. They compete with Coos Aviation in OTH for Fuel, and Coos destroys them.
If it were me I'd go to the interview and see how it goes from there. No idea on pay.

If you like to golf, meth and rain for months on end, you'll like North Bend/Coos Bay/Bandon.
 
Ya I'm not sure if I'm gonna go, I have a few other interviews and it just does not seem like a good place. The assistant chief pilot seemed like he didn't know what he was talking about...
 
I rarely post, but I will to tell you to RUN not walk from this company!!!! TRUST ME! YOU DONT WANT TO WORK THERE!
 
I interviewed there just last year and had to pay my way there. One of my biggest hang ups with the company was a one year training contract and that most pilots do not stick around after the contract is finished. The longest tenured pilot had been there two to three years and he was looking on leaving. Take what you will from it but I would look for something better.
