I see where you are coming from. This is where my attention was focused. I thought the original bonus payment question was responding to the referral bonus. My apologies Candice.

They aren't for the most part. Nor are they considering PSA or Piedmont, the other WOs with the same starting pay. OP is trying to hook some referral bonuses.

I heard the bonus was paid on the first day of training, not completion.
